We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options and may offer international shipping in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We provide a range of shipping methods to suit your needs. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected, the destination, and the availability of products. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Overnight Shipping: Arrives the next business day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM local time.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. These fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase. The total shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, subject to product availability. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s tracking system.
6. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
TONENOVAS is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier’s customer service for further assistance.
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@tonenovas.xyz, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after being handed over to the carrier.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. TONENOVAS is not responsible for delays or issues that arise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@tonenovas.xyz. We will do our best to update the shipping address before your order is dispatched. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please ensure that your shipping address is a valid street address.
9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are exploring options to expand our shipping to other countries in the future, and we will update this policy when that becomes available.
11. Returns and Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return. We will ensure the issue is resolved by offering a replacement or a refund.
