- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must not be a final sale, customized, or perishable item, which cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is required to process your return.
- Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number with the returned product.
- Ship the Item: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the return is approved:
- Refund Processing: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification confirming the refund.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to certain items. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
